Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Design and produce high-quality 3D assets including environments, weapons, and characters.
• Apply textures and shaders aligned with the project's artistic direction and PBR standards.
• Manage and integrate assets across multiple outsource teams while providing actionable feedback.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for workflows and outsource tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional art, design, and engineering teams for seamless integration.
• Optimize assets for real-time performance within Unreal Engine.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the New Westminster, BC office 3 days per week.
• Proven experience as a 3D Generalist with a strong portfolio covering environments, weapons, and characters.
• Expertise in industry-standard software including Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
• Extensive professional experience with Unreal Engine workflows.
• Solid understanding of PBR principles in a game development context.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and solve technical art challenges.
