TL;DR

Location: Office in Dubai available; relocation assistance provided. Role supports fully remote, hybrid, or office-based work formats.

What you will do

  • Implement gameplay and meta-systems aligned with loyal user needs.
  • Conduct research with analysts to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Take full ownership of released features and their performance metrics.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog for the assigned stream.
  • Run CustDev and playtests to apply real-user UX insights to game design.
  • Shape the long-term strategic vision for the product.

Requirements

  • Experience working on mid-core or hardcore F2P projects.
  • Proven track record leading product teams of 10+ people.
  • Experience building, defending, and executing project roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to formulate research and dashboard requirements.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or Python for independent database queries.
  • Experience in cross-functional work including Marketing, Monetization, and LiveOps.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MMO or RolePlay (RP) games.
  • Background in systems game design or progression systems.
  • Hands-on experience conducting UX tests and focus groups.
