What you will do
- Implement gameplay and meta-systems aligned with loyal user needs.
- Conduct research with analysts to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Take full ownership of released features and their performance metrics.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog for the assigned stream.
- Run CustDev and playtests to apply real-user UX insights to game design.
- Shape the long-term strategic vision for the product.
Requirements
- Experience working on mid-core or hardcore F2P projects.
- Proven track record leading product teams of 10+ people.
- Experience building, defending, and executing project roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to formulate research and dashboard requirements.
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python for independent database queries.
- Experience in cross-functional work including Marketing, Monetization, and LiveOps.
Nice to have
- Experience with MMO or RolePlay (RP) games.
- Background in systems game design or progression systems.
- Hands-on experience conducting UX tests and focus groups.
