What you will do
- Define and execute the comprehensive QA strategy for the flagship title.
- Manage, recruit, and mentor a QA team of 25+ people.
- Set quality standards and track key metrics such as crash rate, defect leakage, and regression time.
- Collaborate with producers and tech leads on roadmap planning and risk management.
- Optimize testing processes and lead the adoption of automation tooling within Unity.
- Step into hands-on testing tasks as required by project demands.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years managing teams of 25+ people.
- Track record of shipping mobile products, preferably in RPG, MMO, or live ops genres.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality metrics.
- Experience partnering with producers and tech leads in large organizations.
- Proficiency in Agile practices and risk management.
- English proficiency is required.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Unity and gamedev-specific tooling.
- Background in CI/CD implementation for games.
- Previous experience shipping multiple titles as a test lead.
- Passion for MMO RPG games.
