What you will do

• Implement and maintain automated test frameworks for web and backend services.
• Define and execute functional, regression, and performance testing strategies.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, document, and track defects to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and advocate for QA best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools to optimize test efficiency and coverage.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software QA experience.
• Strong expertise in test automation tools like Playwright, Jest, or ViTest.
• Proven ability in API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or JMeter.
• English proficiency required, Russian at a working professional capacity.
• Must be available to work onsite in Nicosia, Cyprus or remotely from Georgia.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.

Nice to have

• Background in the fintech or wealth management industry.
• Experience with AI-driven testing or specialized automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps methodologies.
