What you will do

• Design, implement, and standardize mobile testing processes across distributed product teams.
• Define, monitor, and improve key mobile quality metrics.
• Select and maintain the optimal tech stack for mobile testing.
• Functionally manage a distributed team of mobile QA engineers.
• Audit and review complex test plans and testing strategies.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for mobile quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years dedicated to mobile testing (iOS and Android).
• 2+ years of experience mentoring or managing QA engineers.
• Hands-on experience with mobile test automation tools (Appium, Maestro, Espresso, or XCUITest).
• Deep understanding of mobile ecosystem specifics.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools, mobile device farms, and network debugging tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience building QA processes from scratch.
• Understanding of mobile performance and security testing.
