What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven QA frameworks to optimize coverage and predictive quality.
• Drive process innovation to reduce manual effort and standardize QA practices across accounts.
• Collaborate with clients and internal engineering teams to integrate shift-left and continuous testing strategies.
• Develop advanced automation strategies for ERP, ecommerce, and cloud-native applications.
• Define and monitor key metrics for QA efficiency, automation ROI, and predictive quality indicators.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging QA technologies to deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of QA experience including hands-on work with automation and large-scale systems.
• Proven ability to implement AI-assisted QA tools, predictive testing, and continuous delivery strategies.
• Experience optimizing QA for ERP, ecommerce, and cloud-native environments.
• Strong analytical skills for defining QA metrics and predictive insights.
• Experience in stakeholder management and conveying technical innovation to enterprise clients.
• Must be located in or work from designated European/CIS regional offices.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI testing tools such as Playwright MCP or Cursor.
• Background in leading QA digital transformation initiatives.
