What you will do

• Supervise and mentor a team of SEO specialists to execute on-site and off-site strategies.
• Conduct in-depth market and keyword research to develop effective content plans.
• Set and track SEO performance targets using KPIs like organic traffic and click-through rates.
• Develop and execute Search Engine Marketing strategies within defined budget constraints.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid ads based on data-driven insights.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance to identify and resolve SEO obstacles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Head of SEO or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of on-site and off-site SEO best practices.
• Proficiency with website crawlers like ScreamingFrog and DeepCrawl.
• Experience using SEO analysis tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and SEOptimer.
• Deep understanding of web analytics software including Google Analytics and WebTrends.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid format in Malta or Cyprus.
