What you will do

• Build and maintain Terraform modules for internal and customer deployments.
• Provide direct technical support to customers regarding self-hosted infrastructure issues.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve release speed and failure visibility.
• Manage and scale observability systems including logs, metrics, and alerts.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop a secure, developer-friendly infrastructure platform.
• Support multi-cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Deep expertise with Terraform and at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes deployment and scaling.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Experience supporting production systems and incident response.
• Comfortable working directly with customers in technical support scenarios.
