Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Utrecht/Zeist, The Netherlands

What you will do
- Drive the architecture and implementation of advanced ADC designs with demanding performance and efficiency targets.
- Manage the full design cycle from initial specifications and study to test-chip evaluation, qualification, and final production.
- Collaborate closely with Analog Front-End, Layout, DSP, Digital, and Firmware teams to ensure system-level integration.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the growth of the Mixed-Signal design team in the Netherlands.
- Engage with Marketing and FAEs to align technical designs with future market requirements.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in ADC design within advanced CMOS nodes.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to The Netherlands.
- Strong team-player mentality with experience working in mixed-signal IC design environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with RTL, Verilog, C++, and Python.
- Prior domain knowledge in Ethernet AFE development.
