TL;DR
Senior Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer (CMOS/Networking): Leading the design of high-performance Analog Front-End blocks for automotive Ethernet networking chips with an accent on PLLs, ADCs, DACs, and PGAs. Focus on driving complete design cycles from specification to silicon qualification and production in advanced CMOS nodes.
Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to the Netherlands (Utrecht/Zeist area)

What you will do
- Lead the full design cycle of complex Analog Front-End blocks.
- Define specifications and perform study, design, and simulation.
- Collaborate with layout, DSP, digital, and firmware teams to ensure system integration.
- Manage evaluation of test-chips through to qualification and production stages.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in Analog / Mixed-Signal IC design.
- Proficiency with advanced CMOS nodes.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Experience with RTL, Verilog, C++, and Python.
- Background in Ethernet AFE development.
- Experience leading technical IC design teams.
