What you will do

• Architect data ingestion and labeling processes to transform user interactions into structured learning signals.
• Model and optimize workflows using graph databases and graph query languages.
• Implement adaptive logic using embeddings to inform system recommendations and workflow improvements.
• Deploy human-in-the-loop mechanisms to incorporate user feedback into graph representations.
• Collaborate with ML and software engineers to define retraining strategies and evaluation frameworks.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor the impact of graph-driven learning on system accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Amsterdam.
• 5+ years of software development experience in ecosystem-level projects.
• Strong background in graph databases (Neo4j, Weaviate, etc.) and graph query languages (Cypher, Gremlin, GraphQL).
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++ with experience in ETL pipelines and event-driven systems.
• Expertise in feedback-driven model improvement, reinforcement learning, or adaptive systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, or hybrid search.
• Knowledge of MLOps workflows and productionizing AI systems.
• Familiarity with ontologies, semantic reasoning, or graph-based recommendation systems.
• Exposure to UX research or behavior-driven design.
