What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier talent for the Data Science and MLE team.
• Act as the hands-on technical lead, supervising the end-to-end development lifecycle from research to production.
• Drive development of advanced analytical frameworks for time series forecasting, causal inference, and marketing optimization.
• Partner with game directors and product managers to define data strategy and align technical initiatives with company goals.
• Enforce high standards for MLOps and scalability to ensure maintainable production models.
• Collaborate across global teams to ensure consistency in methodologies and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in data science or machine learning.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python with experience in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Databricks).
• Strong background in classical ML, deep learning, and familiarity with generative AI technologies.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between research and engineering in production environments.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field required; PhD strongly preferred.
• Fluent English mandatory for complex data storytelling to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in the mobile gaming industry or high-velocity B2C tech environments.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Vertex AI or Cloud Run.
