Compensation: $180,000–$250,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with the GTM team to lead technical product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for enterprise clients.
• Design system architectures and advise on optimal data flow integrations for complex customer environments.
• Develop custom scripts and internal tools using Python and Bash to help customers leverage platform features.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers, support teams, and core engineering.
• Analyze user feedback to identify usability gaps and influence product direction and infrastructure strategy.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience working with enterprise or regulated customers.
• Fluent in Python with the ability to navigate Bash and infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes.
• Ability to debug, experiment, and iterate rapidly within a development lifecycle.
• Must be able to work onsite in our San Francisco office.
