Salary: $100,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for developers, triaging and resolving API-related issues.
• Lead the end-to-end debugging loop, including log analysis, issue reproduction, and reporting.
• Build and maintain support documentation, playbooks, and self-serve resources.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows to cluster tickets and reduce resolution time.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to address API and documentation feedback.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
• Strong systematic debugging skills across HTTP, JSON, and webhooks.
• Proficiency in reading and writing code, specifically Python or TypeScript.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both developers and non-technical users.
• Experience in high-ownership, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting API-first or developer-tooling products.
• Proficiency with observability stacks (logs/metrics/traces) and SQL.
• Familiarity with AWS primitives and LLM pipelines.
• Previous experience applying LLMs to customer-support workflows.
