What you will do

• Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure architecture and technical requirements.
• Support server, storage, and virtualization system upgrades and changes.
• Manage troubleshooting sessions and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) documentation.
• Enhance automation platforms through process and code improvements.
• Monitor infrastructure environments to ensure consistent system performance.
• Maintain technical documentation and adhere to established change control policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience with Linux/Unix systems administration.
• Proficiency with virtualization concepts, specifically VMWare.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible and scripting in Bash or KSH.
• Understanding of containerization technologies, specifically Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols and IAM concepts.

Nice to have

• Redhat Certification.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Ansible Tower, AWX, Puppet, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with RDBMS platforms and basic SQL operations.
