Salary: $128,000–$140,000 USD

What you will do

• Triage, investigate, and resolve complex customer issues related to hirify.global Images.
• Escalate critical technical issues to the Engineering team.
• Maintain high-quality communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and SLA compliance.
• Bridge the gap between technical diagnostics and non-technical customer explanations.
• Document new technical issues and contribute to the internal Knowledge Base.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong expertise in DevOps tools including GitHub, Helm, and Terraform.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with software supply chain security or vulnerability scanning.
• Relevant certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS, KCSA).
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
