Trainee (Change Management)

TL;DR

Trainee (Change Management): Supporting the transformation of the European Medicines Regulatory Network into a data-driven entity with an accent on change management activities for clinical study data utilization. Focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, training development, and curating scientific outcomes for the Methodology Working Party.

Location: Must be based in or be able to work from the Netherlands. This is a hybrid role with up to 40% teleworking allowed.

Salary: €2,049 per month for full-time.

What you will do

• Develop and implement change management activities including training, communication, and requirement reviews.
• Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including hirify.global functions, national authorities, and international agencies.
• Fine-tune the change management framework with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to the preparation of the final pilot report on systhirify.globaltic clinical study data submissions.
• Perform knowledge management tasks for the Methodology Working Party and European Specialised Expert Community.
• Develop technical solutions for efficient information sharing.

Requirements

• Full citizenship of an EU Member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway.
• University degree obtained between 6 May 2025 and 6 May 2026 in business, psychology, communications, change management, or policy.
• Alternatively, enrolled as a PhD or Master's student with a relevant previous degree.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Knowledge of another official EU language at B2 level or higher.
• Strong interest in regulatory networks and interdisciplinary project collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in international environments and networks.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Background in biostatistics, epidemiology, data science, or medicine/pharmacy.
