Strategy Engagement Manager

TL;DR

Strategy Engagement Manager (Strategy & Transformation): Leading high-impact corporate strategy and transformation projects with an accent on complex problem solving and stakeholder alignment. Focus on driving end-to-end implementation across business, digital, data, and AI domains to support board-level priorities.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (The Hague/Amsterdam) with a requirement to work from the office at least two days per week.

Salary: €7,635 – €10,907 per month.

What you will do

• Lead corporate strategy and transformation projects from problem definition to execution.
• Structure key strategic questions and ensure workstreams deliver coherent, actionable recommendations.
• Manage senior stakeholder engagement, driving alignment at MB and MB-1 levels.
• Collaborate with external consulting firms to develop insights and facilitate workshops.
• Define project governance, planning, and quality standards.
• Coach and lead a high-performing team within the Strategy Consulting Pool.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar transformation role.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
• Ability to translate strategic recommendations into concrete, executable plans.
• Experience with digital, data, and AI as enablers of corporate change.
• Must be available for onsite work in the Netherlands at least twice per week.
