What you will do

• Shape and lead enterprise-wide strategy and large-scale transformation programs from design through to execution.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic direction and refine decision-making on high-impact topics.
• Oversee multiple initiatives at the intersection of business, technology, people, and data to ensure consistent outcomes.
• Partner with external consulting firms to develop insights and facilitate strategic workshops.
• Contribute to the ongoing development, capability building, and positioning of the Strategy & Transformation Office.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or senior strategy and transformation leadership.
• Deep understanding of the financial services sector and corporate strategy frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at MB and MB-1 levels and guide decision-making.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams and driving execution.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
