Solutions Engineer (Access Technologies)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical expert for Access networking solutions to support sales initiatives.
• Lead technical aspects of major bids, tenders, and RFX processes.
• Deliver customer demonstrations, technical trials, and support initial product installations.
• Provide technical consulting on network design, optimization, and training for customers and internal teams.
• Communicate market trends and customer requirements back to internal product management teams.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers on win/loss analysis and strategic account development.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
• In-depth knowledge of Access network solutions and transmission networks.
• Degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience working with network providers, data centers, or telco/router equipment suppliers.
• Considerable experience in presentations and meeting management.
• Must be located in Sweden with readiness to travel within the Nordics up to 35%.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with Optical Networking (WDM, Fiber Monitoring).
• Proficiency in other languages besides English.
