What you will do

• Own developer-facing documentation end-to-end, including API references, quickstarts, guides, and FAQs.
• Build and maintain a scalable system for keeping documentation synchronized with a rapidly evolving product.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to identify and resolve complex technical information gaps.
• Produce clear, accurate, and human-readable documentation that serves as a core product feature.
• Iterate on documentation based on developer feedback and support team insights to improve activation metrics.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco
• Proven experience working with APIs, webhooks, and AI/LLM concepts.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical information into clear, human-centric content.
