What you will do

• Oversee creative production from initial concept and mood boards to final delivery.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
• Partner with VFX and post-production teams to ensure creative vision is technically realized.
• Lead client communications, setting feedback windows and protecting scope.
• Optimize content for specific platforms including hooks, durations, and thumbnails.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics like watch-time and retention to iterate on future formats.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience producing social-first content in an agency, brand, or studio setting.
• Strong understanding of VFX pipelines and post-production workflows.
• Deep expertise in YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram platform trends and requirements.
• Proven ability to manage production budgets, schedules, and SOWs.
• Excellent communication skills for both internal team leadership and client management.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows for VFX or production tasks.
• Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci.
• Basic data analytics literacy using platform-native tools.
