Salary: $165,000–$185,000

What you will do

• Evaluate and implement AI coding tools to optimize developer workflows and compliance.
• Architect agent orchestration layers and connectors between AI agents and developer ecosystems.
• Translate HIPAA/HITRUST requirements into automated security guardrails for AI-generated code.
• Develop observability frameworks to monitor agent performance, quality gate pass rates, and cost.
• Establish standards for AI-assisted software delivery, including PR conventions and human escalation triggers.
• Collaborate with security and architecture teams to ensure platform coherence and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be able to attend one week of onsite onboarding in Tennessee.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in platform engineering or developer productivity.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Python and experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC 2).
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and developer tooling automation.
