Location: Remote in the US, with the option to be hybrid if located in Tennessee. Must be authorized to work in the US. Requires one week of onsite onboarding in Tennessee (paid travel).
Salary: $165,000–$185,000

What you will do
- Evaluate and implement AI coding tools to optimize developer workflows and compliance.
- Architect agent orchestration layers and connectors between AI agents and developer ecosystems.
- Translate HIPAA/HITRUST requirements into automated security guardrails for AI-generated code.
- Develop observability frameworks to monitor agent performance, quality gate pass rates, and cost.
- Establish standards for AI-assisted software delivery, including PR conventions and human escalation triggers.
- Collaborate with security and architecture teams to ensure platform coherence and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Must be able to attend one week of onsite onboarding in Tennessee.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in platform engineering or developer productivity.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
- Strong proficiency in Java or Python and experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC 2).
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and developer tooling automation.
