About the Role

You will document accounting, finance, and tax methodologies and draft clear internal policy documents. You will analyze and manually verify blockchain transaction and accounting records, document integration requirements for enterprise blockchain accounting software and perform wallet/account mapping, and document workstreams for external auditors. You will also prepare data for Xero and assist in financial statement preparation, monthly reporting, payments, and treasury tasks. This is a remote, part-time (≈20 hours/week), 6-month contract paid per hour in USD or USDC.

Requirements

• 0-3 years experience; strong writing skills in blockchain record analysis
• Preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or strong foundation in basic accounting
• Preferred graduate from a leading university in home country
• Basic domain knowledge of blockchain transaction records from centralized platforms and blockchain explorers
• Knowledge of technical and accounting treatment of swaps, staking, and liquidity pool transactions (including Bitcoin) is a plus
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Strong analytical and math/finance skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and apply nonstandard analysis

Responsibilities

• Document accounting, finance, and tax methodologies and policies
• Perform nonstandard analysis and manually check blockchain accounting and transaction data
• Document internal policies for integrating enterprise blockchain accounting software and map wallets/accounts
• Document workstreams for external auditors
• Prepare data for fiat accounting software (Xero) and support financial statement preparation, monthly reporting, payments, and treasury processes
