What you will do

• Collaborate with customer delivery leads, engineers, and designers on real-world identity deployments.
• Build full-stack features for state governments and public sector partners.
• Develop backend services and web applications meeting high security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
• Contribute to codebases spanning backend, mobile, and browser environments.
• Participate in the full software delivery lifecycle, from customer discovery to production.
• Engage with open identity standards and privacy-focused engineering practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Foundational backend experience with a statically typed language like Rust, Go, C#, or Java.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong communication skills and interest in customer-facing collaboration.
• Genuine interest in digital identity, privacy, or security.
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Exposure to government technology or high-compliance environments.
