What you will do

• Design and implement full-stack architectural patterns through hands-on contribution.
• Contribute production-quality code to the most complex features and platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain shared libraries, API patterns, and observability tooling.
• Actively use and champion AI-assisted development tooling.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers through pair programming and collaborative design.

Requirements

• Expert-level full-stack engineering experience across distributed systems and API design.
• Cloud platform architecture experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP at enterprise scale.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on technical leadership experience driving quality through working code.
• Experience with observability and reliability engineering: Grafana, DORA metrics, and performance debugging.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Databricks, or equivalent data platform integration.
• Proficiency with Kafka or event streaming architecture.
• Familiarity with security architecture and CIAM integration patterns.
