TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack): Designing, building, and maintaining large-scale services and job pipelines with an accent on microservices architecture and distributed systems. Focus on solving complex concurrency challenges, ensuring system scalability, and driving high-level engineering standards across the stack.

Location: Hybrid role, requires presence in the office in the city center.

Salary: 298,136.00 PLN - 340,791.00 PLN per year.

What you will do

Design, build, and maintain large-scale services and complex job pipelines.
Define architecture and tech stack for new and existing systems.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering stakeholders to meet development needs.
Solve complex problems focusing on system security, performance, and scalability.
Debug production issues across multiple layers of the technology stack.
Improve overall engineering standards, tooling, and development processes.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial software development experience.
5+ years of experience with modern languages like Go, C#, C/C++, or Python.
Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
Experience designing microservices and distributed systems.
Strong fundamentals in Computer Science, OOD, and algorithm design.
Working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Prior experience in a SaaS environment.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog or Amplitude.
