Location: Krakow, Poland. Hybrid model requires in-person collaboration on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

What you will do

• Build end-to-end product experiences for communicating compensation to employees and candidates.
• Solve enterprise-scale challenges, designing products that perform reliably for large organizations.
• Develop AI-powered compensation intelligence features to help leaders make better pay decisions.
• Shape the team and product by defining the technical architecture, engineering patterns, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience building customer-facing web applications.
• Strong product instincts and ability to translate product requirements into technical decisions.
• Strong execution skills and a high bar for engineering quality, testing, and reliability.
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces and break complex work into concrete milestones.
• Collaborative technical leadership skills to work effectively across Engineering, Product, and Design.
