Senior Fullstack Developer (Node.js + React) (Fintech): Involved in building and enhancing a Developer Experience Portal based on Backstage.io within a Zero Trust security environment with an accent on improving developer productivity, self-service capabilities, and secure platform access. Focus on UX/UI design, platform APIs development, and contributing to tech stack evolution.

Location: Hybrid from Warszawa (3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000-1300 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Develop the Developer Experience Portal (Backstage.io) using Node.js and React.
• Design UX/UI solutions for personal implementations and broader developer usage.
• Build and maintain self-service automation workflows and templates.
• Develop and integrate Platform APIs.
• Contribute to platform engineering and tech stack evolution.
• Collaborate with Zero Trust and Developer Experience teams.

Requirements

• Strong Node.js programming skills.
• Advanced knowledge of React.
• Experience with Backstage.io, including plugin development.
• UX/UI design experience with strong aesthetic sense.
• Experience with YAML-based configuration (Infrastructure as Code).

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with network segmentation automation, including Physical firewalling (Check Point, Ansible), Virtual firewalling (NSX DFW, Terraform), Google Cloud firewalling.
