What you will do

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical excellence and growth.
• Lead full-stack development across design, implementation, and deployment phases.
• Design and deliver scalable distributed systems ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
• Own application and platform architecture, driving modernization and best practices.
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and product teams as a technical liaison.
• Develop next-generation user interfaces and microservice-based integrations using .NET Core, Angular, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Krakow, Poland
• 5–7 years of experience in large-scale, production-grade full-stack software development.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, Angular or React, and RESTful API design.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases including Postgres and DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
