Salary: 192,000–240,000 PLN annually

What you will do

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical excellence.
• Lead full-stack development from design through deployment across the SDLC.
• Design and build scalable distributed systems and next-generation user interfaces.
• Own application and platform architecture, championing modernization and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal customers and business teams as a technical liaison.
• Perform hands-on development with .NET Core, Angular, Postgres, DynamoDB, Redis, and REST APIs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience building large-scale, production-grade software applications.
• Strong expertise in full-stack development using C#, .NET, and Angular or React.
• Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
• Demonstrated passion for learning new tools, languages, and development workflows.
