What you will do

• Lead full-stack development across the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical excellence and growth.
• Design, build, and deliver scalable distributed systems and next-generation user interfaces.
• Own application and platform architecture, driving modernization and best practices.
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and product teams as a technical liaison.
• Participate fully in agile delivery and hands-on development using .NET Core, Angular, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Krakow, Poland with hybrid work arrangement.
• 5–7 years of experience in large-scale, production-grade full-stack software development.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, Angular or React, and RESTful API design.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, AWS cloud technologies, and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
