Location: Hybrid in Krakow, Poland
Salary: 192,000–240,000 PLN annually

What you will do
- Lead full-stack development across the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical excellence and growth.
- Design, build, and deliver scalable distributed systems and next-generation user interfaces.
- Own application and platform architecture, driving modernization and best practices.
- Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and product teams as a technical liaison.
- Participate fully in agile delivery and hands-on development using .NET Core, Angular, and cloud technologies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Krakow, Poland with hybrid work arrangement.
- 5–7 years of experience in large-scale, production-grade full-stack software development.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, Angular or React, and RESTful API design.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, AWS cloud technologies, and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
