What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data solutions including ingestion, transformation, and analytics.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and execution plans.
• Own technical solutioning during professional services engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues within the platform environment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to provide product feedback and influence roadmaps.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or architecture.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or professional services role.
• Advanced skills in Spark and hands-on experience with DBT.
• Expertise in Databricks/Snowflake environment configuration and management.
• Strong experience in production issue resolution and ETL maintenance.
• Must be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
