What you will do

• Craft bold, brand-led concepts for physical and hybrid experiences.
• Design innovative spatial environments across retail, interiors, and branded spaces.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling customer journeys and spatial storytelling.
• Collaborate with strategy, client services, digital, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop high-quality visualisations, layouts, and presentation materials.
• Confidently present creative work to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in experiential, spatial, or interior design within a creative agency.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to develop experience-led ideas.
• Portfolio demonstrating work across a variety of brands and sectors.
• High proficiency in Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Must be able to work from the London office approximately four days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, pharma, luxury, or automotive sectors.
• Familiarity with AI creative platforms such as Midjourney, Gemini, or Nanobana.
• Knowledge of motion, digital, or interactive experience design.
• Understanding of production and build considerations.
