What you will do

• Define customer interactions through wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Collaborate with UX research to gain insights and iterate designs based on testing findings.
• Work alongside product and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet platform constraints.
• Apply established design systems to maintain consistency across various hirify.global products.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of design decisions.

Requirements

• Proficiency with modern design tools, specifically Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering teams for product development.
• Ability to apply research insights to design decisions and user journeys.
• Attention to detail regarding design specifications and platform constraints.
• Must be based in Aalborg or London.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for complex data-driven platforms.
• Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies in UI/UX.
• Deep understanding of web accessibility standards.
