What you will do

• Build a hardware sensor evaluation lab to demonstrate physical AI applications.
• Automate sensor configuration and telemetry collection using Python libraries.
• Document and report comprehensive test coverage for sensor integration.
• Integrate sensor telemetry into existing hirify.global ASIC/FPGA technology.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a college degree program in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Strong Python programming proficiency.
• Foundational knowledge of digital logic design using Verilog or VHDL.
• Basic understanding of high-speed digital circuits and lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and power meters.
• Availability to work full-time for the duration of the summer break.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or project experience in hardware engineering.
• Experience with physical sensors like Lidar, cameras, or motion detectors.
• Familiarity with time-series machine learning algorithms like LSTM, RNN, or CNN.
