What you will do

• Analyze survey distribution funnels to identify drop-offs and engagement trends across CX programs.
• Audit data quality and maintain a metrics dictionary for consistent reporting.
• Build and manage lightweight dashboards in Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Develop actionable recommendations for messaging, cadence, and segmentation to improve response rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in CX, Marketing, and Sales Ops.
• Support documentation and process hygiene for recurring operational reporting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or Marketing Analytics.
• Must be able to work the full Summer break (approx. 90 days).
• Strong analytical skills and experience cleaning and summarizing datasets.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
