What you will do

• Own the roadmap and backlog for the real-time resource management system.

• Translate complex operational needs into prioritized technical user stories and development tickets.
• Lead product development from definition to acceptance testing and quality assurance.
• Manage agile processes and lead retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the initial implementation of the product with launch customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or ownership experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Prior experience with airport operations, gate/stand planning, or resource allocation systems.
• Proven track record in building and launching new products from the ground up.
• Experience working directly with launch customers on product definition and testing.
• Strong background in managing products involving optimization or scheduling algorithms.
• Solid proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
