Focus on building meaningful long-term mentorship relationships and mastering the Mento Coaching Methodology to help members navigate complex workplace challenges.

What you will do

  • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with Mento members using the virtual platform.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching methodologies and leadership impact.
  • Facilitate asynchronous communication with members to support their professional goals.
  • Actively contribute to the Mento coaching community by sharing tools, insights, and best practices.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the community, maintaining a supportive and respectful environment.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in product design leadership, including roles as Director or VP.
  • Must be based in North America or Europe.
  • Capacity to dedicate a minimum of 3 to 5 hours per week for at least 24 months.
  • High emotional intelligence and a commitment to creating safe, vulnerable spaces for coaching.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to complete the ICF-certified Mento Coaching 101 training program.
