What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers while defining the overarching design vision.
• Drive design strategy by working closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate assumptions and gather actionable insights.
• Define key performance metrics for design initiatives to ensure business and user objectives are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, including leadership experience in mentoring teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric solutions to complex, real-world problems.
• Proven ability to design for iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
• Deep understanding of UX and human-centered design principles.
• Knowledge and experience within the fintech or crypto industry.
• Ability to make data-driven design decisions backed by user insights and analytics.
