Retention Agent (Swedish Speaking) (Forex)

What you will do

• Convert new and existing leads into active trading clients and nurture client relationships by phone.
• Guide new clients through their first steps and support their trading journey.
• Promote and sell financial trading products, services, offers, and promotions.
• Provide proactive support for platform and financial trading questions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Keep clients informed about market developments while following company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a financial or trading environment.
• Fluent Swedish, spoken and written, is essential.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and deal-closing skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, confident, and driven by results.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with relevant software tools.
