Sales Team Lead (Advertising Team)

What you will do

• Search for and attract new advertisers, agencies, and partner platforms.
• Deliver presentations, negotiate with potential clients, and identify their needs.
• Guide clients from first contact through campaign launch in collaboration with account management and technical teams.
• Track funnel KPIs, conduct follow-ups, and re-engage prospects.
• Monitor competitors’ offers, pricing, geographic coverage, features, and positioning.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and develop entry points into accounts using competing platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, media buying, or traffic sales.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage deals independently.
• Knowledge of core advertising metrics, including eCPM, CPA, CR, and ROI.
• Fluent English required.
