Business Development Manager (Advertising): Developing and managing partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and platforms in digital advertising with an accent on negotiation, client acquisition, and campaign management. Focus on competitive landscape analysis, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored advertising solutions.

What you will do

  • Actively search for and attract new advertisers, agencies, and partner platforms
  • Deliver presentations and conduct negotiations with potential clients
  • Identify partners’ needs and offer relevant solutions
  • Guide clients from first contact to campaign launch with AM/Tech teams
  • Track funnel KPIs, run follow-ups, and re-engage prospects
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Monitor competitors’ activity and analyze market positioning
  • Leverage network advantages in negotiations and find entry points into accounts

Requirements

  • Experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, media buying, or traffic sales
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage deals independently
  • Knowledge of core advertising metrics (eCPM, CPA, CR, ROI)
  • Fluent English required
