Salary: $136,000 - $171,000 Yearly

What you will do

• Own delivery predictability using capacity planning, velocity/throughput tracking, and scope tradeoffs.
• Lead the external development partner’s execution: milestone definitions, sprint commitments, and escalation paths.
• Maintain a single source of truth in Jira for scope, sprint readiness, dependency tracking, and delivery status.
• Run the operating rhythm: planning, execution syncs, dependency reviews, and release readiness.
• Own submission and release planning across soft launch and global launch.
• Partner with LiveOps/Product to translate strategy into a shipped cadence: events/offers/content beats.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in game development or product management across various platforms.
• 2+ years of experience as a Producer in the games industry, including leading the development of game features and services.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and manage external development teams.
• Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with licensed games is an advantage.
