Salary: $192,100 - $291,540 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs and projects, defining OKRs, scope, and timelines.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to surface needs and drive progress.
• Establish best practices for planning, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration and communication, serving as a leader during uncertainty and change.
• Identify organizational problems and opportunities, defining programs and tools to help the organization achieve its goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product operations or direct program management experience managing high-complexity, high-visibility, high-impact enterprise-wide programs.
• Demonstrated ability in leading programs across a wide range of business and technology-related topics from problem space definition to customer impact.
• The ability to assimilate different points of view to create shared understanding across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership and communications skills; proven ability to influence without authority, build trust, manage complexity and drive business results.
• Demonstrated experience managing programs in a remote-first environment, with familiarity applying change management practices to drive adoption; strong command of collaboration tooling administration and enablement (e.g., Jira, Confluence, automation workflows).
• B.A. in a business or technical field.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of SaaS technologies, Product Development Lifecycles or demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs.
• M.B.A., P.M.P, or comparable certification a plus.
