TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Los Angeles; role requires 4+ days per week in the office

What you will do

  • Build the end-to-end global retail strategy integrating physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Define the omnichannel model including store formats, pop-ups, and community hubs.
  • Establish retail KPIs and data dashboards to track conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Design iconic in-store experiences focusing on high-touch education and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure consistent luxury-level service standards.
  • Lead and scale a global retail organization, fostering an inclusive and high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in retail leadership within tech, luxury, or experiential retail.
  • 5+ years of experience in team management.
  • Proven experience scaling omnichannel retail for innovative brands.
  • Strong strategic instincts paired with hands-on operational discipline.
  • Expertise in creating high-touch, immersive education and storytelling environments.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
