What you will do

• Build the end-to-end global retail strategy, integrating physical, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to develop the omnichannel retail model.
• Set the long-term expansion roadmap: market prioritization, store formats, and flagship strategy.
• Own and build dashboards to track retail KPIs including traffic, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Create an iconic in-store experience with hands-on demos and creative exploration.
• Build and lead a global retail organization, developing high-performing, inclusive teams.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 10+ years in retail leadership within tech, emerging technologies, luxury, or experiential retail.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team.
• Proven experience building or scaling omnichannel retail for an innovative brand.
• Expertise in turning stores into immersive education and storytelling environments.
