Workplace Mental Health Consultant

Workplace Mental Health Consultant: Providing management consultations, trainings, critical incident response, and assessment and referral mental health support to employees at a pharmaceutical and medical technical healthcare company with an accent on employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness. Focus on building strong relationships with key customer contacts and identifying strategic workplace wellbeing insights.

Location: Must be onsite every Tuesday in Markham, Ontario and Wednesday in North York, Ontario from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM ET.

Salary: $85-$110 hourly

What you will do

• Provide consultation and support to managers, teams, and members to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and deliver critical incident response and company-tailored trainings.
• Develop an understanding of the customer benefit ecosystem and provide appropriate referrals.
• Track data to identify strategic workplace wellbeing insights and recommend targeted interventions.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of all service delivery.

Requirements

• Hold an active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Ontario (e.g., Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Registered Social Worker (RSW), Psychologist).
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician.
• Experience in delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations.
• Comfortable with technology and telehealth.
• Ability to summarize all interactions in English within hirify.global’s online documentation systems.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant mental health discipline.
• Certification as a The Working Mind licensed facilitator.
