Location: This is a hybrid role based in London, the United Kingdom. We are only able to accept applications from those based in the UK or who have sponsorship to live and work in the UK.

What you will do

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
• Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
• Monitor product performance and analyze data to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional go-to-market teams to drive customer satisfaction and business impacts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a product leader, either operating as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a proven track record of successfully bringing Saas products to market.
• Minimum of 3 years managing or leading people, preferably Product Owners and/or Product Managers.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be based in the UK or have sponsorship to live and work in the UK.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to product management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
