What you will do
- Build and manage data flows within the Segment CDP using SQL to support CRM initiatives.
- Translate complex business needs into technical configurations within Salesforce.
- Conduct root-cause analyses of datasets and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
- Build custom data models to improve insight generation speed and clarity.
- Autonomously troubleshoot system errors, software configurations, and technical bugs.
- Proactively identify and reduce technical debt while leveraging AI to optimize output.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Growth Operations, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or CRM Operations.
- Strong experience writing complex SQL queries and understanding data flows between platforms.
- Proven track record of investigating datasets and delivering clear insights to stakeholders.
- Technical autonomy with a mindset geared toward scalable architecture.
- Resilience in troubleshooting software integrations without needing heavy documentation.
- Willingness to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.
Nice to have
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as Segment.
- Experience with dbt, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
