Senior Software Engineer (Backend): You will join the Cloud Infrastructure Backend team, responsible for the foundational systems that securely power hirify.global for over 450 million users worldwide with an accent on complex distributed systems challenges at a massive scale. Focus on building and optimizing features to ensure our core infrastructure remains secure, resilient, and highly performant.

What you will do

• Collaborate on critical identity and core infrastructure domains.
• Work on Authorization systems (handling peaks of 2.7M requests/second).
• Work on internal phone verification service (processing 51k RPS with sub-5ms p99 latency).
• Work on massive business event ingestion pipelines (producing up to 676k events/sec).
• Solve complex distributed systems challenges at a massive scale.
• Build and optimize features to ensure our core infrastructure remains secure, resilient, and highly performant.
