What you will do

• Create and deliver engaging, user-centric full-responsive websites that effectively communicate value propositions and drive conversion.
• Own website-related projects and initiatives from start to finish, including running design sprints and leading stakeholder reviews.
• Collaborate with product marketing managers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn user insights and business needs into hypotheses and products.
• Mentor peers and act as a proactive voice for user experience, helping the team work together efficiently.
• Help other disciplines understand the business value of design by shipping experiences that are measurable towards hirify.global's vision and strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing customer-facing websites and landing pages in cross-functional teams, ideally in fintech, crypto, or other complex domains.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA, and modern design systems and processes.
• Passion for crypto and financial products, with a strong interest in how design, content, and layout influence user behavior.
• Experience leveraging analytics and user insights to optimize funnels and landing pages to improve performance.
• Comfortable leading design and collaborating seamlessly with multiple stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, constraints, and priorities.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
