What you will do

• Design intuitive features for developers and administrators to manage third-party integrations and AI automation.
• Evolve and document the design system to ensure consistency across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle from brainstorming to final pixel refinement.
• Champion user-centric decisions during technical trade-off and timeline discussions.
• Collaborate with global teams in Santiago, San Francisco, and Paris.
• Communicate design vision using high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and detailed documentation.

Requirements

• Strong English language proficiency (verbal and written) is required.
• Extensive experience building and shipping world-class products across various platforms.
• Expertise in end-to-end design processes, UX/UI, and system thinking.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and documenting design systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
• Collaborative mindset with a low-ego approach to constructive feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Previous work on complex technical systems or AI-powered products.
