What you will do

• Establish taxonomies by mapping and integrating diverse life science concepts.
• Generate and maintain controlled vocabularies, including synonyms and acronyms.
• Perform gold standard analysis of clinical concepts using source archives.
• Review, curate, and improve existing vocabularies based on business requirements.
• Conduct tag testing in QA environments to optimize search and retrieval results.
• Create procedural documentation and guidelines for taxonomy management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in semantic data modelling, ontology creation, and taxonomy management.
• Medical degree such as Ph.D., B. Pharm, BAMS, BHMS, MBBS, or BDS.
• Proficiency in clinical coding systems like SNOMED CT, CPT, ICD10, MeSH, and RxNorm.
• Strong experience handling large, unstructured datasets using Advanced Excel.
• Working knowledge of semantic web principles and clinical information indexing.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment under tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning and NLP fundamentals.
